Regarding exchanges and returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery of unused items in perfect, salable condition. Tags must be included consecutively. Please visit our Return/Exchange Portal to submit a return request. Please note an unboxing video on receipt of the package will ensure the smooth processing of any complaints and fair settlement. 
Exchange
In this case, create an exchange request in the exchange/return portal. We will arrange for your order to be picked up. After the item arrives at our facility and passes the quality inspection, the exchanged item will be shipped from our facility in your desired size. Please note there will be no extra charges in the case of exchange request
Returns
In this case, return collection will be initiated and the product will be taken from your location. Once the item passes quality inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that for all cash on delivery orders, your bank account/UPI  details will be required at support@rarebondstudios.com. Kindly ensure the accuracy of the details provided as Rarebond Studios will not be responsible in case of wrong transfer of refund amount. Return handling fee, product restoration cost, repackaging charges and transportation charges will be deducted at Rs.100. Refunds to your payment method may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. - All items are thoroughly inspected  before processing returns. Worn/used/unsellable items will be rejected and returned. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will no longer be able to respond after this period.

For "SALE" products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges after ordering. 

Headwear and accessories cannot be returned
Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the item is defective/incorrect. If the item is defective, you received the wrong item, or you have not received the item, please contact us  within 3 days of receiving the item. After this period, we will no longer be able to provide refunds or support. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Regarding cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email us at support@rarebondstudios.com and include your order number and name on the order. Please note that a processing fee of 50 rupees will be deducted once the item is processed and ready for dispatch. For cancellations after shipping, a 100/- Rs handling fee will be deducted.
